Introduction
Located just over 50 km from the capital, Jundiaí is one of the most important municipalities in the State of São Paulo. It is one of the largest cities in São Paulo, being the 59th largest in Brazil, surpassing four state capitals. Jundiaí is also recognized for its festivals.
The Grape Festival, whose first edition took place in 1934, is nationally famous. The city was the birthplace of the spontaneous development, through a genetic mutation, of the Niagara Rosada grape, the most consumed table grape in the country. The event calendar is further complemented by numerous other festivals and events such as the Italian Colony Festival, part of the official event calendar of the State of São Paulo, the Portuguese Festival, the Artisan Wine Festival, and many other activities held in various neighborhoods of the city, thus preserving the tradition of community living and a bit of the rural way of life, typical of small towns in the countryside.
In addition to the Festivals, which attract true crowds of participants and tourists to the city, Jundiaí also stands out for its numerous cultural attractions, such as museums, historical buildings, and churches, as well as natural attractions, especially due to having a large part of the lands of the Serra do Japi, considered a Brazilian natural heritage and declared by UNESCO in 1992 as a Biosphere Reserve, which holds, in addition to an extremely important, rich, and varied fauna and flora, the second largest diversity of butterflies on the planet. Among its forests and waterfalls, ecological trails provide the opportunity to discover a true national treasure and learn a lot about conservation and environmental preservation, in guided tours based on the principles of environmental education.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: January 15 (Friday) - Rio de Janeiro | Jundiaí SP
Transfer from your residence (SEE RULES) to the meeting point of the trip. Departure in the morning on a comfortable tourist bus, equipped with air conditioning, restroom, accompanying guide, and a delicious onboard service, ensuring comfort and tranquility during the trip, heading to Jundiaí.
After lunch, we head to accommodation at the Quality Hotel Jundiaí, where we will check in. A good option for the afternoon is to enjoy the hotel pool or visit the downtown shopping mall. Dinner included at the hotel, with delicious dishes to end the day. The evening will be free for rest. Lunch on your own. Dinner included.
Day 2: January 16 (Saturday) - Jundiaí SP
After breakfast, we will head to Sítio Michelin in Jundiaí, where we will experience a unique and enchanting experience:
• Included train ride, taking the group to the vineyard and other harvesting areas.
• In the “Pick and Pay” system, you can pick fresh grapes directly from the vineyard (or other available fruits, such as guavas).
• The picked fruits will be purchased by weight, allowing each participant to enjoy in their own way.
After the vineyard tour, we will head to the lively Grape Festival, one of the most traditional events in the region. It will be a special moment to enjoy cultural attractions, themed booths, handicrafts, and various gastronomic options. Those who wish can also participate in the traditional experience of "Grape Stomping," experiencing in a fun way the wine production process. At a time agreed upon by the guide, we will return to the hotel.
Dinner included, with a delicious meal prepared to end the day with lightness and joy. During dinner, we will have a special celebration for the month's birthdays, with much affection and that affectionate touch that is the trademark of Rosanetur. Lunch on your own. Dinner included.
Day 3: January 17 (Sunday) - Jundiaí SP | Rio de Janeiro
Breakfast. With our bags packed and our hearts full of good memories, we will leave in the morning towards the charming Mazieiro Winery, known as the Pope's Winery. We will enjoy a pleasant tasting of wines and juices, in a beautiful space highly appreciated by the group — ideal for photos and pleasant moments.
Right after, we will visit the traditional Casa Cereser, where we will have another opportunity to appreciate a cozy environment and enjoy the tastings offered.
After these tours, we will head back to Rio de Janeiro. Thus, we conclude another memorable experience with Rosanetur, filled with flavor, joy, and good company. Until next time, group! Lunch on your own.

Cancellations, Transfers, and Customer Cancellations
The CONTRACTED PARTY will reimburse the Contractor the amount due, calculated on the total actually received by the Contracted Party, excluding the amount of the commission retained, which should be dealt with the Travel Agent, as well as administrative fees and amounts already paid to suppliers.
In the occurrence of any of the mentioned hypotheses, the following administrative fees will be deducted from the total amount charged for the tourist package, in the following proportion:
- When the cancellation occurs 30 (thirty) days or more before the departure date of the trip: 10% (ten percent)
- When the cancellation occurs 29 (twenty-nine) to 21 (twenty-one) days before the departure date of the trip: 15% (fifteen percent)
- When the cancellation occurs 20 (twenty) to 1 (one) day before the departure date of the trip: 30% (thirty percent)
- If the passenger does not show up at the time and place set for the start of the trip, 35% (thirty-five percent) will be charged
In addition to the fees and penalties described above, amounts already paid to suppliers for securing reservations, duly proven, will be deducted as expenses, since the Contracted Party is only an intermediary in the hiring of tourist services, holding the received amounts temporarily, as it depends on third parties for the effective execution of these services, such as air, maritime, and road transport, as well as accommodation, reception, restaurants, and other contracted services.
For both road and air excursions, date transfers or refunds for unused segments will not be allowed.
Trip abandonment - Once the excursion has started, the passenger who abandons it for any reason will not be entitled to any refund for paid and unused services.

We provide the transfer service at the residence, as a courtesy, for the following neighborhoods in São Gonçalo (not being high-risk areas): Centro and surroundings, Galo Branco, Paraíso, and Neves. Residents of Caxias
We provide the transfer service at the residence, as a courtesy, for the following neighborhoods in Caxias (not being high-risk areas): Centro and surroundings, Jardim 25 de Agosto. For other neighborhoods, the meeting point for the excursion will be at Gilson Pneus in Irajá. (SEE RULES BELOW)
Other Municipalities
Residents of other municipalities must contact us to find an appropriate meeting point. (SEE RULES BELOW)
IMPORTANT RULES FOR THE TRANSFER SERVICE:
- The transfer service is a courtesy from Rosanetur. We reserve the right to refuse to execute the service when it poses a risk to our team, such as difficult access locations, areas known to be dominated by trafficking, or with high risk, among others.
- The transfer service is shared, meaning other people will share the transport with you.
- Changes in the passenger's address must be informed to our team at least 7 days in advance of the excursion date. Sudden changes in the address make it impossible to execute the service due to the entire schedule of drivers already being organized.
- In our road excursions, the transfer is provided both to and from the destination. In air excursions, only the outbound transfer is provided.
- We inform the time and the driver who will carry out the transfer 3 days in advance of the trip.

Boarding
The CONTRACTOR/PASSENGER is aware that they must comply with all the schedule indications provided to them, being responsible for any delays and their consequences. They must present themselves for boarding carrying their original personal documents with a photo and identify themselves to the ROSANETUR representative who will be present at the time.
Documentation
For national trips using air and/or road transport, it is necessary to present an original identification document in good condition (Any of the following: Identity Card; National Passport; National Driver's License (photo model); Professional Cards issued by National Councils (photo models); Work Card). The presentation of the passenger without the referred documentation, or if it is illegible and/or altered, will result in non-boarding.
Boarding of Minors: For boarding on national trips for minors under 16 years old (incomplete) (Law No. 13.812/2019), it is necessary that they be accompanied by one of the parents or grandparents, or a guardian, or, still, by an older sibling or uncle over 18 years old, always proving the degree of kinship documentarily (through the Original Birth Certificate or Authenticated Copy of the minor). In the event of being accompanied by an adult without the degree of kinship described above, written authorization, with notarized signature, from the father or mother, or the guardian, is required. However, if unaccompanied, judicial authorization from the Childhood and Youth Court will be necessary, all in accordance with articles 83 to 85 of the Child and Adolescent Statute - Law No. 8.069/90. The passenger can obtain more information about the required documentation from the Federal Police (www.dpf.gov.br).
Important: Birth certificates will not be accepted for those over 12 years old. In cases of theft, robbery, or loss of the identification document, the police report issued less than 60 days ago is valid.
Accommodation of Minors: For the accommodation of children (under 12 years) or adolescents (under 18 years), it is necessary to be accompanied by a person mentioned in the paragraph above, unless expressly AUTHORIZED to stay, by the parents or guardian, in writing and with notarized signature, all in accordance with article 82 of the Child and Adolescent Statute - Law No. 8.069/90.
